Special Sensors

The sensors of the gapMaster® are equipped with a plug connection and are exchangeable. For your special measuring problem we would like to develop the suitable sensor together with you. In addition to the sensor form as e.g. plug in, hockey or clip sensors, the measuring forces can be adjusted for a reliable measurement.
Deep gaps and difficult to access measuring points are made accessible by special lengths and special sensor shafts.

Semi- and fully automatic tests

The gapMaster® can not only be used as a mobile handheld device.
For the production line we develop semi- and fully automatic gap testing systems with special sensor guidance and automatic calibration. Multi-point measurements are also possible.
